Return & Exchange Policy

At Oh Truck Yeah! we strive to provide you with quality hats and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ohtruckyeahhats@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.

    • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

  5. Shipping:

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.

    • Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We ship USPS ground and all shipping under $99 is $6, over $99 and shipping is free! 

  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

    • You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your Oh Truck Yeah account.

  4. Shipping Locations:

    • We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States.

    • Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain locations. If you have any concerns about shipping to your area, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  5. Shipping Delays:
